Wellviewer® allows children to see and select food products without assistance. The patented design has proven to greatly reduce staff involvement in the selection of ice cream products as well as speed up the serving line. In the spring of 2006, a two-serving-line elementary school in Frisco ISD outside of Dallas, Texas, was used to test the effectiveness of the Wellviewer. With only one line equipped with a Wellviewer, the Wellviewer line sold twice as much ice cream as the other line!
